The purpose of the Rainbow Region chapter of the ACCCC is to bring together members of the ACCCC within the Niagara Region in fellowship and in the pursuit of its objectives. These objectives are: - To further the interest in and knowledge of Historic, Antique and Classic vehicles and associated materials
- To encourage the ownership, restoration, and preservation of such vehicles
We generally represent the area encompassed by the Regional Municipality of Niagara, which can be considered to be the area east of Stoney Creek through to the Niagara River. Membership is open to all individuals who are paid-up members in good standing of the Antique and Classic Car Club of Canada. Ownership of a antique or classic car, however, is not a prerequisite for membership. Safety is an important part of club membership. The club organizes an annual visual safety inspection, usually in the spring, and strongly encourages all members to participate. Club members need the annual visual safety inspection certificate to participate in all national club events. Members are strongly encouraged to have the safety certificate for local events.
